The TSDZ2B 48V 500W Mid Mount Electric Bike Conversion Kit is designed for bikes with a 68-73mm bottom bracket. It comes equipped with screws and nuts specifically for a 73mm bottom bracket. The kit includes a TSDZ2B mid drive motor, a brake lever (or brake sensors), a thumb throttle, chainwheel cranks, a speed sensor and magnets, a 1T4 waterproof EB-BUS cable, lock nuts, a manual, a wrench, screws, and an extension cable.

The upgraded TSDZ2B motor features a one-piece reduction gear kit, replacing the one-way bearing to withstand higher torques. It also uses a bidirectional free-wheeling clutch instead of the traditional one-way version, reducing motor resistance and ensuring effortless pedaling even when the motor is turned off. The enhanced motor control program makes the motor compatible with more digital displays, catering to diverse user preferences and requirements.

The TSDZ2B 48V 500W mid drive kit is designed for simple installation, fitting a broad range of bottom bracket sizes from 68-73mm. It can transform a variety of bikes, including city bikes, mountain bikes, trikes, and cargo bikes, with ease.

This mid motor delivers 100N.m of torque, providing effortless acceleration and hill-climbing prowess. It can reach a maximum speed of 45KM/H on flat ground. The high-precision torque sensor and dual-closed dynamic energy controller, combined with the Pedal Boost feature, ensure a zero-time response and accurate collection of stepping power, resulting in a smooth and comfortable riding experience.

Weighing only 3.6KG, the TSDZ2B motor adds minimal weight to your bike, ensuring agility without compromising on performance. Its central location on the bike helps distribute the weight more uniformly.

The TSDZ2B mid drive kit offers three adaptable riding modes: Throttle mode, Pedal Assist mode, and Bike mode, tailored to various terrains. The torque-sensing motor intuitively adjusts to your pedaling force, delivering a seamless and personalized cycling adventure.

The new colorful display, EKD01, provides more functions than the old VLCD-5, such as Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, Type-C charging, adjustable brightness with four-level settings, and support for multiple languages.

If your bike has a hydraulic brake or an integrated shift, please let the manufacturer know, and they will send you the replaced brake sensors.
